DNA Policy: If you are unable to attend your appointment, for any reason, please contact the surgery at least 2hr prior to your booking. Late cancellations and/or failure to attend will result in a $30 cancellation fee on weekdays and $50 fee on weekends, payable prior to any further bookings.
